Penta Paints Caribbean Limited, formerly ICI Paints (West Indies) Limited, was incorporated in 1959 and acquired in 1979 by ANSA McAL Limited, thereby becoming a member of the ANSA McAL Group. The Company operates its manufacturing plant and main distribution centre from Tumpuna Road, situated in the eastern borough of Arima. Penta has two other distribution outlets, Marabella Service Centre in the south, and Bayside West Distribution Centre in the northwest of the lsland.

Penta Paints is committed to quality products and acquired the ISO 9002 Quality Management System Certification in 2000.
